Shivani has 16 years combined experience as a Professional Communicator, Creative Producer and Certified Professional Coach. Based in London UK, Shivani has run her own business, Creative by Nature Ltd since 2002, which specialises in transformative life coaching and creating positive media communications www.creativeby-nature.com.
Shivani has worked with a range of sectors including media broadcasting, social enterprise, small businesses, education and youth development.
Since 2005 Shivani Mair has worked for several clients to create several innovative digital media content. Her previous clients include Enterprise UK (previously Make Your Mark), Social Enterprise West Midlands, Commission for Youth Social Enterprise, Sampad South Asian Arts, WCR Radio, Gecko Programmes, Coventry and Warwickshire CDA, The City of Wolverhampton College, and children’s charity Barnardos.

Shivani’s passion for creating inspiring digital media gave her the eureka moment, at 21 years old, to produce a careers development radio show for young people called The Creative Careers Surgery. This was because she realised too many people never discovered their talents and potential.
